Or maybe he has gone to warmer climes?so the spy was Fletch????
so the spy was Fletch????
That Steve Bates cnut is starting to piss me off. What kind of journalist intentionally leaks a lineup well in advance of a game. It's one thing to speculate, but another to just give the opposition a clear idea of the other side's tactics.
what am i missing here... don't official lineups get announced an hour ahead of time? and bates announces them a few minutes before that?
this probably shows how out to lunch i am here, but i don't see the big deal.
Good, annoying that the team news has been leaked so much. Can't be good that the opposition gets to know our plans so early. So the snitch hasn't been informed yet to pass the information on.
So what you're saying is that Cambridge came out of their own half and as a result conceded 4 goals. Let's hope they dare cross the half way line at Old Trafford, we'll double that if they do.
The reality is that they will play for extra time and penalties and push for set pieces. Get an early goal and force them to need to score and we will chew them up and spit them out. Its essential we play expansive football and use the width well, hopefully a nice level zippy surface to ping it about too compared to that BMX track in the first leg.
No, he tends to say what the lineup is at least an hour ahead of when it's announced.
Andersonso the spy was Fletch????
Rooney as a striker Like that will ever happen again.
alright, fair enough. i can appreciate the difference between an hour and a few minutes...
Feck sake, that's too strong of a team. Pereira and McNair should play.
Perreira played 90 mins for the U-21's last night, no chance he would play tonight.Feck sake, that's too strong of a team. Pereira and McNair should play.
Hey, at least it isn't as bad as Liverpool, I read Liverpool are now having to install private screens to prevent onlookers from leaking their side.Edit: Even if the opposing side doesn't change their lineup (it's unlikely) they still have the opportunity to go over their tactics in depth in relation to how we're going to line up. Aside from all that, having a rat in the dressing room is just not good for obvious reasons.
And left his cat in a home for the bewilderedOr maybe he has gone to warmer climes?
