If Cambridge players swap shirts they have to pay £40 back to the club for a new one apparently

What's this?
I would happily pay the 40 quid if I was a Cambridge playerJust said it on the commentary that if the Cambridge players swap their shirts away they'll need to pay 40 pounds to replace it.
All the money they are making from this game, surely they could get new ones.If Cambridge players swap shirts they have to pay £40 back to the club for a new one apparently

They're supposed to b making nearly a million from this cup run, they can afford to pay for the players shirts. Incidentally, you know at the home game they made the volunteers on the gates who normally get a free ticket pay for a ticket - after they'd worked in the gates for years as volunteers.Any United player that doesn't offer to pay the £40 for the swapped shirt is … ooooh Rooney nice shot!
Yup! Kinda backs up the point nicelyAnd what's here tonight, 7k?

The manager told the Cambridge players that they couldn't swap shirts with the United players or they would have to replace them.

fecking pikeys are getting a massive payday and won't let their players take a momentum of the biggest game most will play in?!Players to be docked 40 bucks wages if they swap shirts, as they only have the one.
Nah, they're building toilets instead. All the money they are making from this game, surely they could get new ones.
Does Van Gaal not realise we've got to go to west ham in a few days time? Utilise your bench you stubborn prick
No coincidence that the game is so much more free flowing when Herrera and Wilson are out there. A little speed makes a huge difference... Take note Louis
It is?

He should, he'd get loads of advice.Have a word with
Don't think he reads the match day threads, mate.
Because Fellaini offers an aerial threat that has helped us break down a team that defended well against us last time, and Rooney is potentially being converted into a CM?This still bothers me. Why is Fellaini up front and Rooney in midfield? It makes no sense.
What are they getting, 1.5m from the gate and about 100k from the TV slot? Maybe another 10-50k for making it this far in the cup?fecking pikeys are getting a massive payday and won't let their players take a momentum of the biggest game most will play in?!

Me as well.McNair MOTM for me.
He puts much value in players instructing each other. The tactical side is a critical aspect of it. Every player needs to know his role and work together to achieve the objects. One of the main reasons we (Holland) performed excellent at the WC is precisely because of that cohesive organisation.
I think Rooney has done well in the middle of the park but would much rather see him up front. This still bothers me. Why is Fellaini up front and Rooney in midfield? It makes no sense.

Louis planning to make everyone else complacent thinking he's gone mad. Come the last stretch of the season he'll play everyone in their natural positions and we'll gun down everyone in sight to win the title
difficult to choose, Blind for meMcNair MOTM for me.
It's good advice. We knows everything.Too much for my liking!
him or Fellaini not made my mind up yet.McNair MOTM for me.
But they can't afford a few hundred quids worth of shirts. That plus the story about the gate volunteers is making me quite dislike the club tbh. What are they getting, 1.5m from the gate and about 100k from the TV slot? Maybe another 10-50k for making it this far in the cup?

Yeah, making them seem pretty crappy. But they can't afford a few hundred quids worth of shirts. That plus the story about the gate volunteers is making me quite dislike the club tbh.
