I thought everyone did ok. Pereira was probably the weak link for me, I said before the start that I thought he had to have a good game today but I’ll give him a pass based on how competitive Burnley have been. It’s been as hard a 45 minutes as we’ve played under Ole.

Mata and Lukaku are a particularly awful pair to be giving pity games to at the same time in this formation.

Mata is a passenger in one phase of play and Lukaku is a passenger in the next. Mata's inability to move quickly with the ball or make runs means Lukaku is so easy to mark out the game. And with his shit first touch there is zero prospect of him making something out of nothing.

Marlo from the Wire has such poor decision making and final ball capability in advanced positions. 5/10 he always makes the wrong decision or the pass isn't technically executed properly.

1 or 2 decent moves, Rash should have scored but the passing seems a bit off tonight, they're very drilled and get everyone behind the ball so more composure needed.

Poor overall, Rashford isn't feeling the left side role, Lukaku offers very little, Pogba needs to get on the ball more, Pereira and Mata just doing the bare minimum, we've had moments but Herrera, Lingard and Martial are huge misses.

Mata has been involved, because he's been playing like a six year old who can't stick to a position and just chases the ball around the pitch. His lack of a position (which I'm guessing is down to the instructions he's getting) totally ruins the possibilities for the rest of the team. It's easy to double mark Rashford when you don't have to worry about one third of the pitch, and then everyone says that Rashford's been poor/isolated/what have you on the left wing.

To be fair you get what you pay for and in our case we're paying for a draw playing the likes of Mata, Lukaku and Pereira.

Rashford's chance could come back to haunt us. Martial scores that 10/10 times. Rashford scores that 1/10 going by his previous 10 1v1 chances.
