    Great first XI again

    Think Ole's biggest challenge now is going to be rotating when the CL is back. Can't play that XI in every game.
     
    My 2nd consecutive 11/11. A nice perk of having a settled squad that's in-form means that a reasonable manager like Ole won't change it.
     
    10/11, I thought Dalot might get a start, interesting that Pereira makes the bench over Fred. Good to see United with a settled first choice 11.
     
    Nothing wrong with playing a settled side if we're playing every other week. It's only when we start getting fixture pile-ups that we need to rotate.

    If the players on the bench don't like it tough, they've gotta take whatever opportunity they get to find a starting spot.

    Yeah i just don't think he suits a system where there is lots of interchanging between players.

    A reasonable explanation to Fred's absence
    No surprises with the United side. Fred’s absence might be down to his happy news in midweek.

    After that McTominay contract comment yesterday, Solskjaer has completely omitted him from the squad. David Beckham once commented how nice Ferguson used to be to players the day before game and came to discover it was a giveaway: They were dropped.

    Sorry to be that guy but.. Jose by now would have shoe-horned lukaku back into the starting line up regardless of the form of others (especially as lukaku's scored a couple recently)

    And the guy wonders why things turned to shit for him

    I thought Fred's wife gave birth while we were in Dubai which is why he wasn't on that trip, at any rate congrats to him.

    We got a bit of a nightmare draw. I wouldn't be too concerned about the effects of a lengthy Champions League run
     
    Consistent line-up has so far resulted in consistent results. Hoping today can be the same.

    As Ole said, we must not take our foot off the pedal.
     
    No surprise there. Thought maybe we'd see Lukaku alongside Rashford in for one of the midfielders to go 442 but no point in changing thingw unnecessarily. Looking forward to it! Great bench.

    Don't forget Alexis on the left with Martial/Rashford perenially benched. Pogba replaced by McTominay. God Ole is a breath of fresh air. What a man! :drool:
     
    Fred not even in subs!! got that one wrong. Was hoping him to get a chance in front of home crowd. I guess Ole is expecting a tight match today. No risk.

    We are debating if it is over the birth of his son. Depends if it was here or back in Brazil. Although I thought his wife was here.
     
    Brighton won't be pushovers. They are quite a decent outfit, I expect a hard fought 1-0 or 2-0 win hopefully.

    Still, let's try to play only the pretty-pretty football we all want to see.

    Hopefully less people got 11/11 compared to last week. Got 11/11 for the second week in a row as well.

    It was like throwing a dice under Jose.

    What was the comment on McTominay?
     
    Newspaper article in a Norwegian newspaper about Brighton fans being angry with Ole for "disrespecting" them since he said we should dominate. Small time cnuts will raise their game even more now.
