Pereira has shown less than nothing to suggest he can come in and do Matic's job. I know people are desperate for him to be a star here, but he's got to earn the chances, and he just hasn't come close so far.

Plus there's other positions on the pitch he's much better suited to.

Swedish TV showing Ole's pre match interview and previewing the game and all, yet they will show the Liverpool game ahead of United for the fourth time in a couple of months. Not to mention that we have the best Swedish player in the form of his life starting constantly for the regenerated United. Infuriating.

Decent lineup, will be a tough game but I hope we smash them!

While starting 2 or 3 games and playing 15 mins each for the rest, this season. Yeah most players show lot more

. Not for or against Pereira but that's a ridiculous post. He isn't a DM btw it was jose pretending to give someone a chance where Pereira had no chance of ever playing over Matic regardless how bad he was playing.

He's not a DM, and never has been. Yet people want him to play there though? Just to see him play, which is daft, he's not going to put in good performances playing in that position. He's doomed if the only chances he gets are in that area of the pitch.

Even his cameos aren't all that though, you have to make the most of every second you get, and unfortunately for him, he rarely does. Yeah it's harsh and I agree he's not getting long to show what he can do, but that's life at a top club.
