The youngsters need more game time. I think most of the regulars are just desperately out of form and lacking in confidence completely. Get more youngsters in for higher work rate and hopefully they are not impacted by this general malaise

I still think that Rangnick is one of the best german coaches regarding tactics in general and pressing.

But it was always said that he isn't the most likable character and not a big motivator.
And your team looks like it has severe mental issues, just look at the faces of Bruno and Rashford. As much as I think of Rangnick, I don't think he's the right guy to fix your squad mentally.
