    i don't get why he hasn't given Donny or Jesse an opportunity to play in this match....ffs he knows what to expect from Scott and Fred

    we have a decent size squad so why aren't we using it for the FA Cup?
     
    Well after one of the worst performances in recent memory here I am again buzzing for the next game. Our performance can’t really be any worse than last week either so that’s surely a positive. Pleased with this line up as well. Just want us to start like we mean to go on.

    Scott misses the next PL match due to accumulation of yellows so it does make sense to play him now.

    Jesse isn't likely to contribute from now until the end of the season as he's too busy running down his contract and posting pics of himself in West Ham colours on socials.
     
    Need to play 3 in the middle. Nothing will change performance wise as Fred and mctominey do not allow us to get up the pitch.

    no the issue is Bruno Fernandes doesn't stay in midfield leaving Fred and Scotty exposed

    Right, without Ronaldo now is the time for these players to prove they understand and can translate Ralf's pressure and intensity ideas. I know Cavani will be on it; Fred will be on it; Bruno and McTominay too, but it's up to Rashford and Greenwood to up their output off the ball and not leave Cavani's work-ethic in vain.

    Agree with this
    We need at least 3 in the middle to control a modern of football
    There is no point blaming MCFred as they are not going to perform miracles against a 3/4 man midfield
    We can only hope that Bruno drops in to help out
     
    McFred? This has become a bad joke. Fletch must be running this team. Surely someone is trolling the fans. Feck me. I can't and WILL NOT watch this shit.
     
    Hope these injuries are not something big and all can return and play the next one in the P.L.
     
    Solid enough starting line up.

    Weak bench as regards regulars / established game changers. It'll be interesting to see how Amad or Elanga perform if they get on, but having those two, Mata and Lingard as the attacking options to bring on if we need a goal doesn't fill me with confidence.

    Always going to be that way of course without the likes of Ronaldo, Sancho, Pogba and Martial in the squad. But there's a lot of pressure on the starters to get the job done as there's no one who regularly features in the games to bring on if we're struggling.
     
    Not leaving much room for attacking improvement from the bench. Hopefully the starting XI can get the job done first.
