Winner or not, Ole needs to go. This side has not been coached. No co-ordination in attack, no positioning in defence, no consistency in tackling, no patterns of play, no improvement in set pieces. The players are always improvising in attack.

if the coaching reflects the poor basics displayed on the pitch, I would be very concerned. On the pitch we really need a substantial thinking character and top player. Not many of those around these days.

Maguire is a Poundland Rio and seriously over rated. He’s got worse playing for us which suggests he’s not the leader on the pitch and limited development potential. Sometimes he looks like a rabbit in the headlights and doesn’t read the play like Rio.
