He's a good 1v1 defender but he lets the ball fly over his head too much. If he headers the initial cross Grealish never gets the ball.

It's not just him

Wan Bissaka is one of the best last ditch tacklers in Europe, but it's his lack of positioning that means he has to rely on that excellent tacking. He also offers next to nothing going forward, which is not good for a modern full back.
