You know what irks me about Ole? He seems to just sit there glumly not really knowing whats going on or how to fix it. Mourinho did it too, LVG to an extent too.

I'd love for a manager to be up out of his racing seat and screaming his tits off now at the players, getting them to buck their ideas up.
