The players that played for him at Juventus said the same thing. He goes mental when you are out of position. It has nothing to do with 'coaching attacking play' because no top coach tries to micro-manage attackers.
I can guarantee you that Pep Guardiola tells his wide attacker to stay high and wide off the ball, and when they get on the ball they can do their own thing. Not only is it obvious watching them, but its confirmed by former players that they arent told what to do in the final third.
