    In the league our longest winning streak is 1 game. Seriously, over half way through the season and we’ve not won 2 or more PL games on the bounce. Won’t change tonight either having lost to Brighton last week.
     
    Our back line is very slow. We need to invest in pacy defenders to be able to play an high line
     
    Cant believe hes picked Onana. We will struggle again as we have the same team, just swapping one bad striker for another. Why not try something different. Try Amad as LWB and put Masraoui and Dalot on the right?

    Mazraoui and Dalot could underlap, with Amad and Garnacho staying wide. Bruno hasnt been bad playing deeper next to Ugarte.

    Hopefully Dalot is less shit there. I feel for Amorim this squad makes me depressed not confident at all for this game. Much more likely a win for Fulham than for us.

    Why would you put our current best player at a position where he has never played before?

    They didn't spend much in the summer at all, and so still have their season budget to spend this window. Which they certainly are doing as you say.

    Whereas we, as usual, spent our season budget in the summer and so have nothing / very little to spend this window - unless we manage to sell some players for good fees that'll allow us to reinvest. Which we can't manage because of the usual huge wage issue as much as anything else.

    That is very negative. It is also the first time I've had totally negative / apathetic feelings towards watching a United match.
     
    We're lucking out over the last few weeks as results around us have been kind and it's the same this weekend. Still a 10 point buffer to 18th and we can jump two places with a win.

    Fecking perform for once, you clowns.

    Amad and Garnacho are the 10's with Bruno in midfield. That's different isn't it?
     
    Playing a one player midfield again I see with Maz at wingback position. Well, narrow loss is the best outcome I can predict for us looking at things objectively.
     
    Our players are so bloody unexciting, bar Amad there's no one on that teamsheet who you think is going to be good to watch

    yet we can't even grind out ugly results

    All that money, completely and utterly wasted and now we are hamstrung financially

    I quite like Garnacho when he gets it right. Don't know what you'll get though.

    Bruno will need to be very postionally disciplined tonight. Ugarte moves around and gets stuck in as part of his game so Bruno needs to always be aware of where Ugarte is. We'll see.
     
    Did Marco Silva say the reason Fulham lost in the opening game was because it was on a Friday? Or why else bring that up..
     
    Hopeful for Hojlund but if it doesn’t stick he should be taken off early days. If we can get Amad and Garnacho into the game I’m hopeful. But it can’t be constantly bouncing off the striker.

    I know it’s not a Amorim thing but I’d contemplate throwing Bruno up there and bringing another midfielder on.
     
    This is the final straw for me with Onana. Any ridiculous errors and I’m done with him.

    Bayindir should start the rest of the season

    At least it's the last game of the week, they let me enjoy my weekend only making me angry in the last hours. Wish all weekends were like this.

    If Moyes/Everton beat us in a couple of weeks time and overtake us in the table will the excuse be that Everton have a better squad?

    Oh yes forgot him! (Although we seem desperate to sell him to Chelsea)

    He's hit and miss but at least he tries to make things happen
     
    That lineup isn't looking that bad but I'd rather if Mazraoui started at RCB instead of de Ligt, Amad at RWB, Mainoo/Eriksen in number 10. Zirkzee instead of Hojlund who is better for European games. Also perhaps Bayindir in goal instead of Onana. Dalot at LWB is reasonable as we've got no one else and Amorim doesn't fancy Garnacho there.

    Fulham are definitely favourites.
     
    Must be well annoying playing at Fulham’s ground. You have to walk to the other side of the pitch at the start of games and HT
