And who is not? Is there a better alternative currently?Rashford is crap on the right.

I had the same question. I gather he is one of our youngsters. But, does anyone know what position he plays?Who is Forson?
One of us! One of us!I normally deride the doom merchants in the pre-match threads but more and more I feel myself being sapped of any enthusiasm before a game. I have no confidence in getting a win tonight.

Winger. Can play on both sides. If i remember correctly, he was playing on the right during preseason. Got hooked off early during one game because he was about to lose his head and we never saw him again.I had the same question. I gather he is one of our youngsters. I always thought Rashford is nowhere near as bad on the right as some claim.
He is much more direct imo with his crossing (especially) and shooting from that position. He initially had a bit of problems on timing his runs from that position, but I think he figured it out a bit with time.
It might be an unpopular opinion, but I think he is less prectictable from the right than on the left.

On the right, no less. Where he's been consistently awful throughout his career.
He had then run when ETH arrived where he kept Case out the team as funny as that sounds - that said I expect Eriksen to sit as the deeper of the pair and McT to score again.McT as the deepest midfielder again? We never learn do we. We are going to be open as feck again.
Varane probably has one foot on the plane to Saudi at this point. He's been on the bench for atleast 2 weeks now so there's no excuse of injury either.
Also, Mount on the bench again. Fecking 55m well spent. What a shambles his transfer is.

Please just use 'hope', too much reddit lingo entering the cafIt's the hopium that kills you
Someone is going to have to explain to me how ETH can spend the amount of money he has and we have that back 4 and midfield combo ?

Eriksen will sit deeper because he doesn't have the legs to get about. Which means we are going to be open either way.He had then run when ETH arrived where he kept Case out the team as funny as that sounds - that said I expect Eriksen to sit as the deeper of the pair and McT to score again.

Doubt it, but it is rather telling that a lot, well 99% of the summer signings spend their time on the bench.Sooner one of Shaw or Malacia is back, the better. Don’t trust Dalot at all and looks clear that ETH isn’t a fan of Reguilon.
Or ETH actually is deep in survival mode already and picks the players who he thinks are the likeliest to bring a positive result. Not that I would agree with that, approach. Would be just as gloomy of an outlook as your scenario...Favourites FC. It's becoming one of my biggest gripes about ETH especially as I thought we finally had someone who would pick based on performance
To be fair, Casemiros fitness might have been as "good" as his fitness has been this year. So this "kept him out of the team" is maybe a bit misleading. He had then run when ETH arrived where he kept Case out the team as funny as that sounds - that said I expect Eriksen to sit as the deeper of the pair and McT to score again.
Trying to remain positive, but this, plus Bruno punting the ball to the moon every few minutes, is what I expect to see. And if Copenhagen have any sense, they just concentrate their counter down Eriksen's side and Traveller him, whilst forcing McTominay over to cover and leave huge, gaping spaces for their loose man to run into and be set up for beyond the confused, ball-watching Scotsman.A midfied duo with a player who can't pass and another who can't run or get physical. We'll be sitting deep and hoping that the front three can work together for the odd goal.

His insistence on starting McT is what grinds me. He's only starting because he got us a win against Brentford. Seems like he forgot that the same guy gave away 2 penalties in the following games. If he is asking McT to get further forward because he can get goals but then you need to pair him with Amrabat who can screen the defense not Eriksen. We've gone massively backwards this season. Hag doesn't know what works anymore and is desperately clinging onto a flawed team as long as it keeps grinding out results until it eventually gets battered (again) and that's a matter of when, not if.
His entire philosophy seems to be play your favourites Bruno and Rashy and switch around the rest of the team until something eventually works. Throwing shit against the wall and hoping some of it sticks.
Malacia isn’t very good either in reality. We need Shaw back.Sooner one of Shaw or Malacia is back, the better. Don’t trust Dalot at all and looks clear that ETH isn’t a fan of Reguilon.
Wasn't Bilbao the game where it was all our U21s and backups who played? Probably why I don't remember him featuring at all.He featured in two more preseason games after that, one as a late sub and 90 minutes against Bilbao.
Was also on the bench for the Bayern match.
No he didn't...for example: he played Amrabat for 87min against Brentford and brought McTominay on with 3min to go....Scott scored a brace to safe his arse while Amrabat had a stinker.Yet he starts Mctominay every game.
The guy that won the ball three times for our winner versus Fulham and also played relatively well away to Bayern? And who is not? Is there a better alternative currently?
Post summer Case bod lasted a while, this summer he never recovered.Or ETH actually is deep in survival mode already and picks the players who he thinks are the likeliest to bring a positive result. Feck me, this lineup really doesn't work to get the juices flowing. None of the midfield 3 should be playing, I would understand 1 of them, maybe even 2 but all of them?! Fecking hell Erik, think about Einsteins quote aboute insanity! Might as well just skip this shit, there is absolutely nothing to suggest that this will be watchable game.
