Rashford starts. Let the meltdown ensue...
Moaned at when he ignores Martial and pushes him out essentially, is my problem. Rashford as a #9 is trash. And hes shown that every single time hes played there. Martial is far superior there. Yet isnt playing because hes leaving in the summer (because of Mou).Moaned at when he plays the youth, moaned at when he doesn't.
If Chelsea don't want him can we have 'im?Willian not starting is surprising. Along with Hazard, he has been their best player this season.
I don't think anyone cares really. No Fellaini on the bench. That's surprising.
Must be leavingFellaini not even on the bench?
Fellaini not even on the bench?
Hopefully jose has had enough of his tantrums and he finally sells him. Imagine us winning the FA cup and Jose after the match say feck fellaini. No Fellaini on the bench. That's surprising.
Jones has been one of the best defenders this season, deserves his place.Would've preferred Bailly and Martial for Jones and Rashford but let's just hope to get the win. At least there's some firepower on the bench to change things when needed.

Guess that's the problem, that in a cup final, Mourinho picks someone who will run around like a headless chicken over someone who would actually improve our attack.Martial is the better at leading the line from an attacking viewpoint, Rashford more likely to put in a shift. Mourinho was always going to choose the latter.
Either way I'm happy we'll have a big threat in behind, although our holdup might suffer.
Martial is, at least, a pretty clinical finisher. Why? I haven't seen anything from Martial, under Jose, to warrant a place. Mind you, I haven't really seen much from Rashford either.
No. Mourinho has preferred Darmian as the bench option of late. If we're winning, I expect he'll come on for the last five minutes.Luke Shaw not even in the squad!!Is he injured?
If Chelsea don't want him can we have 'im?
No chance. Far from it.Willian not starting is surprising. Along with Hazard, he has been their best player this season.
Chelsea: Courtois, Azpilicueta, Cahill (c), Rudiger, Moses, Kante, Fabregas, Bakayoko, Alonso, Hazard, Giroud.
Subs: Caballero, Zappacosta, Chalobah, Barkley, Pedro, Willian, Morata
Shaw out then? He hasn't done enough to impress obviously.No. Mourinho has preferred Darmian as the bench option of late. If we're winning, I expect he'll come on for the last five minutes.
New chant for Smalling:
Harry in your pocket, but you just can't get no love!
Only kidding but you're not wrongheh - I don't - Mata is a favourite. But the idea of Mata and Fellaini up front would have been funny.
That's an odd opinion to be so sure about. No chance. Far from it.
Like 100 said, Rashford is more likely to put in a shift.I just don't understand how Mourinho could think Martial is worse than Rashford. He must be off.
Shaw's definitely on his way. Not sure where to - maybe Everton? Will either be him or Rose who ends up there IMO.Shaw out then? He hasn't done enough to impress obviously.
Sandro in?
I just don't understand how Mourinho could think Martial is worse than Rashford. He must be off.

Well the Chelsea players thought so:

Martial is also the more like for like replacement for Lukaku because he can also hold the ball up and bring others into play. We saw this plenty of times in his 1st season. There's nothing that Rashford has over Martial playing as striker.Guess that's the problem, that in a cup final, Mourinho picks someone who will run around like a headless chicken over someone who would actually improve our attack.
