Funny how this week the pundits know exactly how much intent was behind Herrera's challenge, when last week no one had a clue about Mings kicking Ibra in the head.

It is actually a fairly good defensive performance, with a few decent opportunities on the counter and a good one on a corner. Two great saves by De Gea, except that not much they've created.

I honestly think we've played quite well given the circumstances.

Will be a test of our fitness this. Second half will be brutal on our players.

Herrera couldn't contain Hazard except by continuously and blatantly fouling him. I think he deserved to get sent off.

If Oliver decided that he was going to book the next one who fouled Hazard without looking at the challenge for what it is then people should punish him. Disgusting officiating.
Yeah. What kind of call is that. Is Hazard specially protected or something.

I called it yesterday in newbie forum, Michael Oliver yet another Chelsea Legend !
Now wait for a dubious penalty in 2nd half to Chelsea ... that will be mission accomplished !!!
    De Gea will save it:drool:

Not happy about that one bit first 15 mins we were all over them, but did not create much to be honest, them Hazard the twat cons the ref in getting Herrera sent off. What a shock that Sheraer and Big Ears says the sending off is correct

Our tactics were stop Hazard at all costs and we paid the price. Soft yellow but we'd be complaining if a Chelsea player did the same thing. Stupid from Herrera.

Even Lamps doesn't think it's a deserved yellow. The Ref is just looking for attention

Really should not listen to the commentary. Raising my BP. Whoever Stuart is on the Fox commentary saying the ref told smalling that next person to foul Hazard will get a yellow and so the yellow is justified. Since when does that make sense?

Every foul has to be judged on its own merits. Nonsense.

Commentators saying that the ref warned Smalling that the next foul on Hazard will get a booking, period.

    How is this allowed?

How can a ref show such deliberate and blatant intention to protect a specific player?? Totally unfair, this should not he allowed. The ref hasn't even even tried to hide the fact that he is biased. May as well put a blue shirt on. Disgraceful.

Feel like we should've taken Rashford off and not Miki. Miki is better at literally everything, including competing in the air or doing any sort of hold up play. Our only hope at this point is more or less win on penos.

Oliver doing exactly what he did in the Arsenal game the other year. Couldn't wait to make a 'big' decision. cnut.

    We've gone 45 mins without conceding:D

Ref is a twat, but Ander needed to be more disciplined. It's a shame his sending off has spoiled a relatively good game.

Yes, I agree, Ander needs to be more disciplined and not go closer than 5 meters from Hazard, otherwise the diving wanker tends to get sudden seizures and flops to the grass.

The fury Chelsea and Hazard cause.
You almost want Fellaini to give him a proper foul to justify so much time kissing the turf.

It was already a poor game, now it's an absolute sh!t house of a game

Okay so Herrera has been sent of Man Utd's accumulation of fouls according to Shearer et al..

Then someone says it's a yellow card for stupidity.. :wenger::wenger::wenger:

What? There was a gap of about 3 seconds.
Clearly all it took. We were clearly told by our manager before the game to foul Hazard. As soon as Oliver told Smalling that's it he should've shouted it to the entire team. Especially that thick cnut Zander.

Do these lot know the rules? You literally can not book a player just because he fouled a certain player. It's bollocks.

Inmust benwatxhing a different game. Herrera does not move at all. Flabergasted to be honest.

First one was not a foul. Herrera has no obligation to allow Hazard to run past him. Herrera sees Hazard coming and makes himself compact to protect himself. Not a foul.

Second one was a foul, and Herrera shouldn't have given Oliver a decision to make, however it wasn't a yellow card either, and Oliver bottles it as usual.

Pogba has been OK, but he needs a fecking mammoth 45 minutes now.
