    Should be at least 2-0 up. Unlike against Boro it's because of the referees.

    PS) Would be great if Rashford remembers passing is an option in the final third
     
    Feels exactly like Friday night. Played really well, but only 1-0 up when the game should be dead and buried.

    Burnley yet to have any sort of shot. Gonna score with their first, aren’t they?

    I think that's apt. The collective looks great. They're all playing as a unit. May it continue in the second half.
     
    If rashford twice had crossed instead of shot and Cavani passed instead of shot we would be out of sight.

    Can see burnley getting a fluke goal like the FA cup match last friday.

    The second VAR goal should have stood as well.
     
    Pogba, Sancho, and Bruno looked good. Rashford, not so much. Our two no.9’s both play like their age. Bit worrying.
     
    3rd game in a row we’ve looked really good. Just need to start scoring more but that will come.

    Great half. Everyone has played well. Only complaint I have is that Rashford needs to stop trying to beat Pope at the near post. Just make sure to finish this one off lads, I can't take another Boro.
     
    We have been poor, Burnley have been insanely bad. Such a crap game to watch.

    We did play 120 mins on Friday, the team isn't much changed. Really could have done with having this wrapped up at half time...
     
    Very happy with the first half performance. I think Shaw, Bruno, Pogba and Sancho have been excellent. Shaw and Varane really good as well.

    If not for some dodgy VAR decisions we would be out of sight in this game

We’ve improved things by allowing some goals to stand when players who aren’t interfering are in offside positions. But if you block a defender physically getting back into position it should be called offside. I was annoyed at first but Maguires intent was quite clear imo. He definitely grabs at the defender.

    Is it still offside if the player is not defending, and instead moving away from the goal?

    If they were all alone by the corner flag, would you still be saying that his ability to play the ball was impacted by the player standing offside?
     
    Sancho is slowly start to deliver what we epected from him. Pogba is phenomenal. McT is pocketing Burnley players, but the finishing is Boro all over again including VAR.
     
    Thought they would be too physical against us and we would struggle to play.

    They have been physical, and we have in fact played well. Should be 2 or 3 up easily and they havent had a whiff.
     
    Some serious Maguire hate today, don’t think he’s done much wrong tonight, few passes going astray but at least we’re trying to move it out from the back faster now a days.
     
    Good performance, bar the finishing. I really like what I'm seeing in midfield, winning the ball back really quickly and moving forward in just a few passes.

    Rashford is hanging on to the ball too long and Sancho is a bit too timid, but overall decent. Just need that second goal to finish things off.
