    I'd keep Mata but move him central. He's ineffective on the wing. Bring Rashford on and take Matic off.

    Hope we can win it in the second half. Bournemouth always dangerous going forward and our defence, especially Smalling have been terribke so far. Would like the midfield to take more controll of the game. Pogba has to dominate.

    The referee, don't thing I've seen him before, has been crap and giving absolutely everything for Bournemouth. Hope he doesn't screw is in the second half.

    Lindelof is hopeless.

    He's our Daniel Agger or some shit centre half that Liverpool fans thought would come good all the time when he put in 1 or 2 half decent performances. Whilst we were pissing ourselves at their delusion as we rocked up with Ferdinand and Vidic.

    Would love for Jose to explain Pereira's absence from the squad. Static has stunk up the place more than a fish market yet we have no viable alternatives in the bench (I don't really consider Ander to be a DM)
     
    We were second best for most of the half, so the scoreline actually flatters us right now. We do look slightly better after we scored the goal.

    Mata and Matic need to be subbed off. Herrera and Lingard/Rashford need to come on instead.

    Sanchez needs to improve in the second half, he’s still better than Lukaku, but that’s not enough. Martial striker that so calmly, the guy is on a hot streak, long may it continue!
     
    I'm reaching Rooney under Van Gaal levels of frustration with Matic. Guaranteed starter who just plods around the pitch either contributing nothing or actively hurting us.
     
    Too be fair to Fred, he's been incorrectly been called for fouls that were clear dives by Bournemouth players as well, but ofcourse that was not picked up by the ref.

    Agree. No matter what Herrera will never be worse than Matic. At least he can provides some runs. IDK why Jose so convinced with Matic he is too slow and can't attack or defend.

    I didn't see him in the latter Chelsea Jose team, but he seemed like a really competent player in those initial 20 odd games he played for us and I was buzzing that we'd finally got a decent CDM whilst Chelsea had Bakayoko. :lol:

    But it's clear now that his legs have gone, and he's so far out of his depth he needs dropping like Lukaku.

    You must be taking the piss....he was our best player this half.
     
    From my perspective, I think that our attack is working very well together. This is the attacking trio which should be playing every match, IMO, with the RW, being rotated (Mata/Rashford/Lukaku).
    Our defence is shaky - defenders who can't defend is a huge problem for us.
    And I also noticed that Sanchez is better in the air than Lukaku.

    It would have to be the heavens, because he isn't in Bournemouth.
     
    How long it will take for Mourinho to finally bin Matic if he ever does so. He took his time with Lukaku, took his time with Martial by not playing him.
    He is so past it he cannot blatant changes
     
    Awful half, but the big positive is that we go in level.

    Cant imagine Bournemouth can play any better than that, and we definately cant be any worse, going into the second half.

    We need to raise our performance. Were a bit better in the last 10 minutes and were able to conjure up a couple of chances.

    I'd like us to change to a 4411 or 4222. Get Matic and Fred protecting the back four, because at the moment, as a unit, we're all over the place.

    Yeah they are definitely looking better as a team than us. Hopefully we can dominate them in the second half.
     
    There are no words for how we played in the first 30 minutes but we gradually grew into the match and I think we'll go on to win. Bournemouth really should've put the game to bed before we scored. Hopefully we make them regret it.

    Bad first 25 minutes, as Bmouth went guns blazing on us. Good last 20 as Bmouth became tired, surprise surprise. The same will happen now, so important to keep it tight at the back the first 15, then anything can happen.
     
    On the Bournemouth goal, they're all offside when the first pass is played.

    I still don't quite get that turning round behind the ball puts them all back onside.
     
    I can't see how our defence can stop them to score another. Lindelof and Smalling don't have any communication
