Well depends on what you expected. We had a lot of injuries, Pogba/Rashford rested as we don't have another forward who is actually good since Ibra got injured. First half we were packed at the back and looked for counters. We let only couple of shots in. Micky being poor didn't help our counter attacking game, neither Rooney. We lack quality up front to bury chances and punish Arsenal on the break like we did often under Fergie.
As for putting up more fight - think other said it best - we're not in for the league and the concentration/mentality is not there. Arsenal wanted the win much more than us today.
Yes but that's not really an excuse right because we were up 5 points on Arsenal before start of today's game. We had much more incentive to beat Arsenal to keep pace with Sh*tty. I'm not sure as Man Utd we can ever accept this excuse of we are not in the league. It's a game against Arsenal. This was a pile of crap served up and no matter how Mou rationalises it post game (and I'm a Mou fan), today was not acceptable by any means. I can accept being outclassed and outplayed, but not out fought and out hustled.
