I feel this game is a win-win situation for United fans:
1. Win: Your team wins and the rest of season is forgotten and you ended on a high.
2. Lose: You just saw a team of young prospects play some good football and win a European trophy with it.

You do realise that, as it turns out, we would have needed wins against all three (Arse, Spurs, Soton) to make top 4?
We 90% wouldn't have made it, we would be spent and depleted today, lose as well, and we would never hear the end of it with Liverpool getting 4th.

Romero is just as good a penalty saver, imo. It's in other situations where DDG is superior.
I refused to put Smalling on my prediction, although there were signs. Jones is simply a better player, and more adequate to this game.
Mata for Lingard is understandable, although I would still prefer the younger. Mourinho went for experience, clearly, instead of the rush Lingard provides in finals. Don't agree, but, again, is understandable.
Romero is much better at penalties anyway, and he's starting.
