Day 7 | Slovenia vs Serbia | Denmark vs England | Spain vs Italy

If only England had a midfielder available who can keep the ball under pressure and can pass
And even score in cup finals

Wow England actually fecking sucks. No way this team/coach is winning the euros.

Only hope here is that Ineos are watching closely, as Southgate's side get booed roundly before the game is even over.
Idk considering how many times EtH squad got booed they don't seem to care about how trash it looks out there

Every single one of Englands subs were wrong tonight.

Southgates clueless

How the hell have we managed to regress from the Serbia match? That was pretty rock bottom already.

I mean we literally have gotten worse!

Ben Foster finding it entertaining somehow

Southgate should stand down tonight and say I’m just not good enough……

Absolutely shocking

Hojberg has been cooking all these "English stars" and keeping the midfield solid & compact.

It's like they've never played in a setting like this before. What a weird performance by England again.

"Unhinged" ...bro...
Mate you believe Southgate's subs had more to do with losing to France than Kane missing a penalty

Genuinely, if this wasn't England, you'd agree with me here. And hey, I get it, it's your national team. We all can get a bit unhinged about that

Can't see how England should be considered THE favourites after the 2 games I've watched vs Serbia and Denmark.
At this point I'd be very surprised if they manage to knock out the likes of Spain or Portugal, let alone Germany and France

England must be one of the worst teams to watch at the Euros.

Talksport will be fun with all the whinging. I'll have to avoid Agbolanhor though

The worry for England is that they've played the majority of these 180 minutes with their strongest team and look so disjointed.

Said it months ago. He's already not great for England and at this point he drops so deep that if you are occupying that space and don't have the runners around him he's useless.

We should have runners around him though. Saka and Bellingham are more than capable of playing off him. Gordon and Bowen too.

We just don't have a manager with the foresight to put one of them on the last man

The blueprint was there with his partnership with Son

Honestly, when he's on form, it's ridiculous how good he is. He makes difficult things look so easy to the point you'd wonder why aren't more midfielders playing like that

Watch him week in/week out and you start getting annoyed at others: “how difficult can it be!?”
