I doubt it, but we have to wait and see. Perhaps if Rooney plays in a deeper role rather than a number ten, then perhaps it will work.

He seem to have leadership material and it is hard to doubt the influence he brings to the team wherever he goes. Which is a good trait of a captain. Perhaps that is what I want from my captain compared to what United want
