Would you take Rangnick back (As a DOF and NOT a manager)?

Yes, I thought it was ridiculous to bin him at Ten Hag's behest, especially with the benefit of hindsight.

Would definitely take him back in a DoF capacity, he got mocked for his insistence on completely rebuilding the side but we definitely could do with his candour now. I'd imagine he also still has access to some exciting talents in the Bundesliga which would come handy, especially comparing to Ashford's brilliant approach of just outsourcing the recruitment analytics.

Rangnick apparently recommended Christopher Vivell who now seems to stay in a permanent position after being signed and worked with/for Rangnick for many years. So in a way you don't get Rangnick himself, but you have someone who learned a lot from him. That's not the same as signing Rangnick himself, but looking at Rangnick's age probably is even better in the long term.
