I think while this is not all of Ole’s fault , he’s brought us as far as he can and I think it’s time for him to go.

He's been woefully screwed in the summer transfer market this year and told to get on with it after not getting any of his targets and being given signing of fringe players and players he obviously didn't want.

BUT I can't see him being manager when we return from the international break.

Not objecting what you have said, but this team should beat fking Bashekshehir, regardless if he got his targets or not.

He HAS to go. Are we still blaming a lack of pre season for this latest shambles? Legend of the club but he's done. It is absolutely awful stuff. Eye bleeding

If he is at the club tomorrow, we have a problem. I mean, we have a problem anyway, but it will be another confirmation that Edward is an imbecile.

Don’t think it matters if you’re in or out for him, the players aren’t playing for him, he’s done. They’ll do the same for the next manager too, like clockwork.

Starts with a diamond, goes 3 at the back at HT with Matic at CB, then all hell breaks loose with his remaining subs, haven't a fecking scooby who was playing where by the end, finishes off with Maguire up top.

And people wonder why we're inconsistent, the players heads must be fecking spinning.

He definitely doesn't seem to have a clue how to set up the team once his 4-2-3-1 failed in the last few games, and since then he has been trying every single possible formation during games. It's a little bit crazy.

Loads of us have backed Ole all the way, but surely this has to be all the way? He’s an absolute legend but he’s taken us as far as he can.
I’m not even bothered about who replaces him at this point, we just need to go in a different direction.

It’s obvious he has no real future but he’s a long way from being sacked, a loss to Everton won’t change that. If things don’t improve I still can’t see him going until after the City game at the earliest. He seemed totally clueless tonight and we seem to have gone full circle to what it was like under previous managers.

Yeah, because as we all know, players love to love and enjoy losing just to sack the manager.

Very concerned with his overuse of Mata, Matic and Lindelof. Obviously tonight Lindelof had a game off but we all know its so he can start the bigger one against Everton

Would prefer to see what direction another manager took us in because this one doesnt seem right

For anyone who is defending him and blaming the board, how many times have you seen Cavani touch the ball during both Arsenal and Istanbul games?

Even if we have Lewandowski, as long as you pass backwards, we are not gonna score.

What's the point in beating PSG and leipzig if we're gonna lose against this lot?

Ole can prepare the team mentally for big games but hasn't got a clue when it comes to games we're expected to win.

Give me Poch any day of the week.

Its not ole's fault if the players dont give a shit. Sack a couple of players and see the rest fall in line.

The players need to fear the manager and not the other way around. These days the players play shit and get the manager sacked.

He's sacked a fecking shit tonne of players @VidaRed, Sanchez, Felliani, Smalling, Dalot, Lukaku, Darmian, Young.

One person needs sacking now.

Ok you masochists, have you had enough or do you want some more?

Ole out. Quicker we can do it the better we have for saving a season that is going to continue like this.

Should've been sacked after getting the top 4 trophy, it was obvious that was as good as it's gonna be with him.

But Ole can win against big boys but we didn't against Arsenal or Chelsea. Well, that's because they defended so deep.

Bring in Smalling as player manager. What do you think?

From team selection, to subs, to tactics; he was all over the place today. I have no idea what he was trying to achieve with any of his decisions. Just totally baffling.

I'm watching the news about the US elections, in a mostly shocked state due to how many votes Trump is continuing to get after these last few years. What it tells me is that people do not learn. In a similar fashion, Ole doesn't seem to learn. It's the same mistakes over and over again. Occasionally, we pull out a phenomenal performance from somewhere where it looks like we've turned a corner, but we then follow this up with another lifeless performance.
For a club of this stature, we cannot afford to be this inconsistent. I was very much Pro-Ole before this season, but the performances and results this season (bar those two great Champions League games) have been dreadful. We do not know what we're doing and we're just going from one bad game to the next. Whenever he goes is up to him and the higher ups, but what's clear to me is that he isn't the right person that we need in charge if we're trying to go somewhere. We're wheel-spinning, and the wheels have now fallen off. We actually have decent players in the squad who could be achieving something if we managed them and, importantly, fecking coached them. I really fear that we'll back on this period a few years from now and consider this a huge opportunity missed. The longer time goes on, the more we fall further behind.

I have not been Ole out till tonight and the inept set up for their first goal. I have never ever seen anything like the organisation for that first goal. But apart from that they had more passion, outran us and showed more desire to want to win this game than we did. And that is just not good enough. Ole and the board must go. Poch is waiting in the wings. What are we waiting for.

Thank you Ole for steadying the ship after a few turbulent seasons of Mourinho and getting us this far. There's been a lot of positives gained from his reign but he's taken us as far as we can go under him. It's time to go now and let a proper manager come in now.

We've seen this a few times now over the last few years.
Woeful runs of form, and then postponing the inevitable with a decent run.

But we've lost 3 at home, 1 point from 12, lucky to beat Brighton, last 10mins v Newcastle gave that game a huge spin.

Without those 2 superb champions league games there wouldn't be even the slightest argument to keep him in.

Ole out. Quicker we can do it the better we have for saving a season that is going to continue like this.

We should be going into the Everton game with a new manager. Why prolong the inevitable with another shite affair.

I have been in the Ole camp for the longest time because I WANTED him to be a success here, but he needs to go. Sooner rather than later.

The only argument I can still come up why we should keep him is because I think the board is too incompetent to pick a manager who will succeed here.

Oh yeah goes without saying, fecking Woodward also needs to leave asap.

Ole doesn't know what he is doing. Get Poch or a new manager while the season can be salvaged.

How? almost half of the players tonight were his purchase/promote

If Ole is to be sacked, it will be in december or end of the season, no way they are going to act early. Fecking hell it just made me realise even if we manage to bring a new top manager, we still have the fecking Glazers and Woodward to worry about. The shitstorm is everlasting

Players have had it with him. They are playing to get him sacked. We are literally playing exactly same we did prior to getting Jose axed.
I don't think that's fair; just making it up as you go along is not an assured way to win games unless you've got an amazing unit of cohesive players who know each other's movements inside out.

Our players don't know what position is optimal to take up and everyone of them plays as an individual - even running away from the man on the ball to make space, we can't do uniformly or with one player knowing what another is going to do so that they're not bumping heads.

It's also easy to become disheartened when your random runs are being ignored by another player who doesn't even see you because he's doing his own thing instead of having an image in his mind of what you're supposed to, or about to, do.

Long story short, coaching is paramount; our players aren't hanging the manager out to dry, but they are a product of what's being trained into them. The only time they can play with zest and wait for the signal to break, is when we're set up in a shell and run into open space on counters.

Has he? Maguire, Wan Bissaka, and James are awful fits for any manager we will want to bring in. I think the signings have been pretty poor for the future.

Maguire was one of the best defenders in the league. Wan bissaka I can’t work out.

We took a punt on James and it hasn’t worked out. He was never going to come in and be our first choice winger after a handful of decent performances in the championship.
