Dressing room is awful according to Rashford’s agent/brother. I sat opposite him on a train a few months ago and he was having a very indiscreet conversation with another agent. At that time at least, Rashford wanted out and hated Ole - blames him for his back injury. The guy said no one would join because it’s known that it’s a horrible place to work. That seems to have been borne out this transfer window.

Let see if he dares to make drastic changes in the second half.

Can't see us turning this around.
Pogba and Bruno out I would do. Bring in Fred and VDB.
Give a better defensive shape to the midfield and then counter on Greenwood and Rashford.

At this point, I have to think it’s the coaching. The players in that starting XI surely can’t be this bad right? I refuse to believe that XI are as bad as that scoreline suggests.

Sir Alex would have been ranting to the refs about the red card, but mr nice guy did nothing.

A United legend who like every other manager has and will get dicked by the parasites that run our club .
The Glazers and Woodward has absolutely gobshite. But the performance of that defense is squarely on Ole and the coaching team. If Ole cannot coach, he needs to find people who can. He is, at this stage, nothing more than a glorified cheerleader. All he does is talk about doing the right things but he doesn't have a scooby of what they are.

The defence is an absolute shambles and we have spent 130 mil on it under him.

Woodward should be removed from his role of overseeing football and Glazers should feck off, but irrespective of that, Ole should be sacked asap. He is just not good enough. We keep sticking with him and we will soon be mid table like we were for most of last season before the Pandemic somehow came to our rescue to get our starters fit for a final flourish.

I would like to see a proper coach for this team. We need a coach who can actually train methods and patters in our play. Currently it all seems a Hail Mary.

Manchester United Reserves
Molde
Cardiff, where he relegated them.
Molde
Manchester United (!)

Just a summation.

As much as there clearly appear to be issues with defensive organization and attacking play, in all fairness I don't see how Ole could have done anything to prevent the first three goals we've conceded against Spurs or the red card today.

First goal was a suicidal hospital pass header by Maguire. Second goal was Bailly switching off entirely. Third goal was Bailly passing to Spurs under no pressure. Lamela should have been off for elbowing Martial but Martial was courting trouble to react in kind.

We'll see how things change if at all in the next couple of weeks

I still cannot fathom how Ole and his coaching team thought we could forgo a sufficient pre-season. We’ve been miles off the pace in each of our league games.

I was so frustrated by the behaviour of our players during the summer. When they should have been preparing for the new season, Maguire was in jail, and everyone else was literally on the beach. We then had Greenwood trying to get his leg over instead of enjoying his first England cap. How were the players indulged like this?

I was fearful of how the lack of obvious preparation would cost us, but it’s far exceeded anything I expected.

Coaching staff don’t ordinarily give players several weeks of heavy fitness training just for kicks. It is fecking essential. Spurs have had a heavy schedule, which is not sustainable longer term, but man they look drilled because of it. They look 10 games into the season. Our players barely look like professional footballers.

Ole’s going to struggle to survive this. We are not good enough to achieve our minimum level of expectation starting of the season in this shape.

What happened last season? Shambolic half of season saved by Bruno.
You are expecting another Pandemic related break to save his arse? If not, then we will be outside the top 6 with him at the helm. He has no idea how to coach a team.

I was Ole In all the way but this looks bad. Reoccuring mistakes, players not giving a damn. I'm not how he could rebound from that, lifting the players would be one hell of a task.

Dont think Woodward has the ba*la to fire him so earlt in the season, but it seams as if the Poch fan boys will get their man. Lets hope for a better future.

Yeah let’s sack him after a shit start to the season forgetting what happened last season.
We were crap for half a season until Bruno saved us. Then just before the end of the season we turned to crap again, but luckily slid into top 4. With 66 points.

My opinion has never changed. Never had/has the credentials. Under qualified for the role his in.

We’re delaying the inevitable having him in charge.

Nothing has changed. We win and we lose, but there is no lasting or real improvement. He has no effect on the team, you can just appoint any average manager and it will be the same

Easy to say mate but honestly, its a job for him more than anything. He's a young man still with a long (hopefully) future ahead of him and his family. He's not going to cut himself short of 20 million quid or so because he thinks he's maybe not good enough, especially when the board are in a position to make that decision for him. I loved OGS as a player, and whatever happens his legacy as a club legend is never in doubt. In the short-term, whilst this is raw, yeah, it feels like he's stinking it up. But in a few years we'll think 'oh that didn't work out but I'll always remember Barcelona in 99...

Nothing Ole does as a manager will ever affect how fondly remembered he is as a player. As a player he's a legend and will always be remembered as such. That can't be tainted. The issue a lot of fans have is separating Ole the player from Ole the manager. They are not meant to be viewed as the same entity. Ole the manager has no place here. It's not his fault, he's simply not good enough, but he never went down swinging, clinging to his own arrogance like Moyes or Jose, he just wasn't good enough. No shame in that, but at the same time we really shouldn't draw this out longer than it needs to be drawn. Which is exactly what we're going to do, of course.

66 points in his first full season in charge with 150m spent was abysmal, yet people pretended all was well because of the 3rd place finish, calling it ‘miraculous’.

This is long overdue. The truth is we’ve looked progressively worse after the restart and without proper preparation for this season it would continue. He has another month at best to try turning it around, otherwise we must act quickly before CL football is threatened again. The club can not afford to be out of the CL next season in these present circumstances.

It's a mixture of alot of things tbf...but even as one of those who defends Ole...the absolute lack of any game plan in the last 6 or so games of last season and the start of this is just impossible to defend.

This side needs improving big time, but it shouldn't be this clueless

They have gotten 65 and 66 points the last two seasons.

They are a very average bunch saved by a schoolboy and Bruno last season.

This result is not Ole's fault, and it shouldn't be the game that gets him sacked.

Having said that it has been clear as day that he is way out of his depth. He should've been sacked at the end of the 18-19 season. As a club we aren't ruthless enough.

If we blamed Mourinho for signing Bailly and Lindelof, then you've got to lay the blame at Ole for Maguire and Wan-Bissaka who are not at all suited to this club and how we want to play.

It’s clear that we’ve no idea how to play on the front foot.

We had a semblance of success playing counter attacking football but the total lack of any kind of organisation or tactical nous is hurting us when we try to be more expansive

I was a big advocate of letting Ole clear out the deadwood and stabilise the club but this team is now currently much weaker than the sum of its parts and that’s not a great reflection on the management team

Should have been backed but this is his strongest 11, there’s no excuses here.

What really grates me is he is sat on his arse the whole time. Is he a bloody spectator? All the other managers are on the touch line, but he is stuck to his monitor like a bloody nerd.

Exactly what will happen. Ole needs the team to carry him and they did at the end of last season. We can talk about the need to strengthen RW, LB, CB, DM or whatever but the most important position we need to do it is the manager.

Thought I wouldn't say this but Ole needs to go. It's not acceptable to be so lacking in form at the start of our season. But he is being shat at by these players. Harry, Bailly and co need to have a hard look at themselves. Embarrassing from these slacks. But Ole needs to go not being in form is inexcusable.

Everton, Leicester had proper pre seasons and no off the field sideshows to attend too.

United if the plan is to finish the season in 3rd again or higher Sancho is needed plus 1 or 2 others before the deadline closes. Most importantly the team needs get up to the required level of fitness and sharpness both individually and collectively.

I hope you're watching the game against the Spurs. I really hope you're watching the game and not just concentrating on the names. That is our fecking problem with our fans, just watching names. We don't have room for Smalling, yet we have enough room for ball playing pussies who don't have a clue on how to defend. Look at our midfield, nowhere near enough running to close down an opponent, attack, or defend. Names don't mean shite if they are not delivering on the pitch. Neither does a manger who is fecking clueless with tactics. Jut talking about the Fergie era is not suddenly going to turn you into a good manager.

I’ve never heard such bullshit haha

I don’t think he should go. I think getting third and to 3 semis with the squad we had for the majority of the season was a very good return. What I will say is deciding we want to play a high line and buying Harry Maguire for 80m is just indefensible. People say the signings have been good, only Bruno doesn’t have question marks over him from the 200m we spent last season.

He got lucky in the 2nd half of last season with Bruno and Martial upping their game and other teams falling apart.

This season 66 points won't get you better than 6th, you'll need to get over 70 at least to get fourth and he isn't capable of that.
