He should have made changes, but it does seem like he genuinely believes in tired quality over fresh shit.Yeah, he's not at fault for you not scoring but he's at fault for not changing after that period of dominance when Sevilla were getting back into the game - about 5 or 10 mins before they scored.
I came to write exactly this but you beat me to it.Ole just doesn't know subs can be made before the 85th minute.
His game management is pathetic.
We flushed this season down the drain? How so?
We've flushed multiple... 13/14, 15/16, 18/19
Shooting straight at the keeper repeatedly screams of poor coaching tbf. Not necessarily Ole's fault, but it's something that should be fixed on the training ground. It's not Ole's fault that we are losing today.
We were all over them and should have had another goal or 3. Their goal came out of a chance that shouldn't have been anything if Lindelöf was even semi-competent.
He should have made changes, but it does seem like he genuinely believes in tired quality over fresh shit.
It is so obviously not Ole's fault this happened
In-game management, subs are shite. Throwing a sink at them at 88th minute is plain useless. Sevilla's manager won the game with his subs, Ole lost it. Not enough proactive when it matters.
He got us 3rd, wouldn't contemplate sacking him.
This is our 71st game of the season(I think?) It's just too much and too long of a season.
This. The difference in performance between this and the last time we played Sevilla is night and day. Result and scoreline was the same, but on another day we could have won it with the chances we had. Contrast to the last time we played them where the same game could have been played over and over again and the result wouldn't have changed.Oh please on another day we win this game. We’ve played well and showed our football against a quality European team.
Couple of years from now... we will look back and regret this time... when a world class manager like Poch was available and we insisted on continuing with Ole.
