Dam 2nd double fault
This is just pathetic. Why could Soderling not call the trainer at the start of the last game? They been waiting over 3 mins and no trainer.
Now do you see my point?
That 7 minute break really has ruined Nadal's game
Nadal never makes his opponent wait 4 mins just for the trainer to come. If Sod wanted the trainer fair enough but he should have called for it the game before. Waiting 4 mins in a chair for a trainer to come is ridiculous. And that too a game before the set ends.
Stuck on the train wr8 and can only get Murray on my phone what's Nadals score?
I'm not saying he's injured or that he's faking, as I've not been watching it, but you need the trainer when you need the trainer. He's still not to know that there isn't one on hand for him at that point whether he calls it when he did or not
Tiebreak in the third set, 1-1 in sets

Sucks when someone treats Nadal with the same medicine, eh?
I've said it all along and saying it now - MTO should not be allowed, or only after the set finishes.
Apparently even Nadal can be broken serving after MTO, what that does says about tactical timeouts and taking away the momentum?
MTO's are fine. If you need it you need it. But waiting 7 minutes between 2 games is shocking
Nadal's through then. I read a statistic the other day saying he has never lost a five-set match. Given that this can only go to five sets now, that's pretty much it.

He has lost to Federer at Miami something like 8 years back in 5 sets after being 2 sets to love up and having a match point in the third.
That's not true. He lost to Federer in Miami leading 2-0 0ff the top of my head.
Yeh, I should have mentioned it only applies to Grand Slams.
That you had to go back eight years to find any example at all is pretty staggering, though.
And the Wimbledon final in 07
Well, yeh, but that doesn't really count given that Nadal was clearly in agony for the entire match and playing on one leg.
Soderling makes too many mistakes, he's beating himself there, making UF off easy putaways, fh looks shaky. Since he led 5-0 in the first he fell into a hole. Shoking stuff.
Well that's Sod's game.
He really goes for his shots all the time. Some times it comes off sometimes it does not. Against Rafa when he always has to hit extra shots it's more likely to miss
