Now that is a pity, for i can't really see Safina beating either Venus or Serena [do hope i'm wrong if they meet], but Mauresmo on her day could've posed a problem IMO.
Credit to Safina for how she finished of that set though, a real gutsy challenge late on that paid off as well.
