In other words Tuchel decided to go to war against Hoeneß. Should be fun.
Where's the popcorn gif?

"I don't blame Thomas Tuchel, he often had dinner with me at Tegernsee, I get along with him very well. But he has a different take. He does think he can improve a Hoeneß, a Hainer or a Dreesen."In other words Tuchel decided to go to war against Hoeneß. Should be fun.
Bayern could just buy out Ten Hag's contract but there has to be a cheaper less risky option for them.Could we not just swap managers with Bayern, or is that too simple.

We're not that desperate.Bayern could just buy out Ten Hag's contract but there has to be a cheaper less risky option for them.
So if correct, it's basically DOFs + team vs the old guard.Eberl and Freund are also open to it as they support Tuchel a lot. Key players like Neuer have internally spoken in favor of Tuchel

Would love to swap managers with Manchester. However, not from the red but the blue side.
Actually, I can see ETH coming to Bayern. He has been there before, knows the idiots in charge, his Ajax played similar to what Bayern wants to play, and only because a coach fails at one club, doesn’t mean he is automatically destined to be a failure everywhere.Tbf if Bayern have just been rejected by Rangnick then I don't think you taking Ten Hag is that far fetched, as isn't Tuchel joining United.

Didn't United go like most of this season never being able able field the same defensive line twice in a row? I remember Evans playing quite a bit too. There's only so much you can do tactically when you're forced to constantly reinvent the team to make up for injuries...The issue with Erik has been individual decisions he's made this season that has narrated the teams direction. Injuries have been a superficial issue but the fundamental problems have been tactical.
Back to Chelsea is a good option too given the young players already available in the team. Can see Tuchel at Newcastle maybe.
Ye maybe. Although poch seems to be turning it around a little. Think he’ll be given the start of next season.Back to Chelsea is a good option too given the young players already available in the team.
He’ll be at Liverpool start of next season. Quote me later.
How you think you got the 1-0 lead. By playing with the exact correct tactics, but let´s blame the manager for the school boy errors by Neuer. First the long throw into a crowded space that led to a quick turnover, while Pavlovic was still out of the game, then the schoolboy error that led to the goal. Let´s blame Tuchel for the players inability to put together two passes on numerous counterattacking options, including a 4 on 1 that did not even result in a shot attempt. Yeah stupid Tuchel, let´s play offensive possession based football with sloth defenders and attackers that can´t string together two easy passes to finish off the game. The reality is that your roster depth is trash.IMO
I posted few days ago that I would accept Tuchel for another year, to clear the dross at Bayern, but I changed my mind(fickle, yes).
As a fan of Bayern, I find it unacceptable to play on a counterattack and defend low, being transformed into the passive side on the pitch and without stringing 5 passes together. Football has moved on from these times, you can nick a cup here and there sometimes, but it can't give you sustainable succes, especially his extreme approach to win games. Never go full Mourinho. Fck
Taking out all attacking options at 1-0 was totally nauseating.
Good riddance!

Apparently he did know something 99% of the people didn't:He made some stupid substitutions yesterday.
When he made them I think the whole world said they were stupid, but you’d think nah he must know something 99% of the people don’t. He’s a professional coach after all.
Quite insane how it turned out.
"We started with four offensive players, and in the end all four have to be subbed out. That's simply too much. (...) Serge is out, Leroy Sane played with pain and pain and pain and treatment, Harry Kane had back problems, and Jamal was just dead after having an injury over the last weeks. It's just a huge difference if you make changes because you want to do the changes, to change something and have an impact, or you just react to injuries, and that was the case today."
Tactics didn't work though. Bayern got beaten from pillar to post for 90 minutes. Neuer was their best player until that mistake, by far. Arguably he was their best player even with the mistake. Relying on your goalkeeper to win you the game single-handedly isn't a tacticHow you think you got the 1-0 lead. Was Neuer having 6 point blank miracle saves part of the tactics as well? How you think you got the 1-0 lead.
