What DOES he have to do?

I love Ole the man and Ole the player will spears have a place in my heart for giving me one of the greatest moments of my life but what he should do as he loves the club is resign as head coach/manager as Ole the coach is simply nowhere near good enough to be in charge of the club.

Said it for a couple of years that the move would have been to move Ole upstairs to Director Of Football as a thank you for his caretaker run and then get Pochettino in as head coach, maybe now Pochettino isn’t the best choice as I’d take Ten Hag over him but for me the theory is the still the same as Ole is great within the club and understands how it should work but unfortunately just isn’t good enough to coach the squad.

Seeing as he’s basically a dead man walking and I fully expect him to be gone by a week Tuesday (so after the City game) he might as well go out swinging and go all out attack. Go with a 4-3-3 and stick Fernandes and Pogba in the midfield, release whichever of Greenwood or Sancho or Rashford play from defensive shackles up top with Ronaldo and whoever plays the holding role in midfield instruct them to simply shield the back four.
Both points are highly debatable.

Great within the club for who? Owners? Ed? Certainly not the players
Understands how it should work? This old Utd attacking DNA culture. He thinks we play like that. It's a dream to be an attacker right now at Utd according to Ole. Ye a fecking bad dream if you are Ronaldo

We are all as fickle as it gets.
If he smashed Spurs, Atalanta and City, we definitely won't be as stabby with the pitch forks.

Lose one and he's toast however.
Spot on. The next 3 matches are win one by one in order to survive.

He is a man manager so he have to change his whole staff to competent tactial people. Thats his only choise, but he wont do it, and he doesnt deserve to do it anymore. The loss vs Pool was enough.

I'm not sure what he can do because even when we've been winning there have been tonnes of warning signs. It's a shame. The club should have prioritised the CDM signing as it was 100% what we needed. I suspect the club could maybe have done more to improve coaching team as well. Spending cash isn't necessarily being backed. Those that run the club continue to blunder through - this time it'll be Ole and coaching staff under the bus.

Nothing he can do. As bad as ole has been we've gone on good runs while he's been manager, another good one for the next 5-10 games won't change his limitations.
