Ok granted Malaga now have money, nice weather and a "project", but I can concieve that a player of Sneijder's stature would waste the prime of his career on a move to Malaga. They have less history than City.

I'd like Sneijder but not if it means we lose Nani. The press keep linking Nani with a move away from United but I doubt we would sell one of our better players after his best season.
I wouldn't be suprised though. SAF left him on the bench for the CL Final. You would expect him to play if he was that important in the eyes of Sir Alex.
Despite what Nani has said I believe he is open to the option of going abroad also. I estimates Nani's value would be around 25-30m however.

I'd be amazed if Sneijder is our real target given Rene's comments. There's no way on earth that SAF would let our first team coach announce to the world who our number one target was. Not a chance. Rene's also not stupid enough to disclose such information.
