Just like how Chilean ESPN confirmed Sanchez would be a United player next season eh?
RichWman tweeted saying that SS Italia said that United and Sneijder have agreed terms but waiting to verify whether they're running with the Mirror story or it's their own.
Didn't the mirror 'exclusive' state that United and Inter have reached a deal? Sky Italia are saying that United and Sneijder have come to an agreement, suggesting the transfer is complete.
That's not to take away from the fact that I still think its 99% bollocks.
it will be official before friday... mark my words.

Went to bed before the mirror BS stories 'broke' and haven't seen any 'news' all morning, catch me up, Jay.
It's possible Sky Italia are prefixing their report with 'According to British Tabloid Daily Mirror'

Update: Inter Milan coach Gian Piero Gasperini says there is 'no Sneijder problem' amid fresh claims Manchester United have agreed a fee for the Dutch playmaker. Sneijder is currently in China ahead of Inter's game against AC Milan at the weekend and Gasperini is intending to pick the player for the Italian Super Cup encounter.
We're at stage 6 of the proverbial transfer cycle with journos 'exclusively' reporting that we've reached an agreement with Inter/Sneijder (Yes, half of them are reporting an agreement with Sneijder and the rest, Inter) for the 19th time this summer now. Inevitably, the transfer will fall through towards the end of the week with another tabloid/journo claiming it as an 'exclusive'. Back to square one and repeat.

Sneijder-United: there is agreement. But Gasp says: play with us
According to the tabloid "Daily Mirror" is already an agreement was reached between the two clubs. The Inter had agreed to sell the Dutch for about 35 million euros. Could terminate the deal this week already. The Inter coach denied.
A person I know in the football media business has told me that Milan has agreed terms with us for £30m. This week it will be a case of finalising terms and conditions by both parties and player. A case of dotting the I's and crossing the T's.
For me, Until United make it official I'm still not going to start celebrating. We've been in this situation many times before.

My early suspicions that not being able to get on here much wouldn't lead to me actually missing anything are proving correct then.
Good old tabloid press, eh?!
Hehe, I wouldnt expect much else. Alternatively you can just sign up on Twitter and add Wr8, you'll get 99% of the transfer forum on the go. You know that if we sign someone, we'll only know when the player comes to Manchester for a medical or if its announced bang out of the blue. Unless of course, the 'sheet men' do a great job and keep it under wraps like they did with De Gea.
Which would be false prefixing. The British tabloid the Daily Mirror had only suggested a deal had been agreed between the two clubs, not the club and player.
Right, back to work.![]()
Inter boss Gian Piero Gasperini plans to pick Wesley Sneijder against Milan in the Italian Super Cup on Saturday.
The Dutchman's future has been subject of increased speculation this summer, with Manchester United reportedly negotiating a big-money move.
Sneijder has been coy in relation to any such transfer, but Gasperini is adamant he will feature in Italy's competitive curtain raiser, which will be held in Beijing.
"There is no Sneijder problem," he told the media in China. "He's playing for us, training with us and he'll play on Saturday."
