Where was Gill all this while?
Definitely in Zurich at the Euro Clubs Association meeting, of which Inter are also members. Possibly also in Milan.

Well that is just great. One site says he has agreed personal terms but now this site says he has not.
Several sources are stating he has agreed terms with United. The only stumbling block now is getting the deal done with Milan.
Talksport just mentioned that Nani is part of the deal, £20m plus Nani.
I hope not...

Look at the filters at the bottom, that calendar is for games/draw events rather than member meetings.

Their source is a "goal.com insider"
I would get more reliable news if I put a tape recorder to my balls.
Fergie ruled out bidding for Sneijder last night
"Sneijder?, no no there won't be anything happening with the boy, you seen the squad we have here already, and by the time New York comes around, we will have 29 players here. David Gill will be here tomorrow so at the moment until the tour finishes we won't be doing anything"
Gotta hand it to you, nobody ever gives up.

I don't believe a word SAF says about this. Surely to god he must realise we need somebody in midfield, especially now with Scholes retiring.
Fergie also said Veron was a 'fecking great player' and would not be sold only to be sold to Chelsea a week later.
Well yeah, but Chelsea didn't come out and say they weren't interested, and Veron didn't come out and say he was happy to stay in Manchester. If I remember rightly, what he did say was that he had been wandering around Manchester like a lunatic.
Ranieri, speaking in Malaysia where Chelsea play the national team tomorrow, is known to be an admirer of Manchester United's Argentine star but said today: "Speculation is okay, it's normal, but that's all it is. When Chelsea sign another player, we will tell you."
Veron's salary demands of £95,000 a week seem to have cooled Chelsea's interest in the player, who has now declared that he wants to stay and fight for his place at United.
The 28-year-old said: "It has never been my intention to leave United.
"I want to stay and I have made my intentions clear.
"I don't want to go anywhere," he said. "I don't fully know the club's intentions, but I have never asked to leave and I have made my feelings clear. I do not want to go to Chelsea or anywhere else."
