We are an awfully coached team

Good first half tacticly. Control over game. Players need to perform little better with their roles.

More slick passing football. Our dominance in possession is a joy to behold.

Forget dominance. We always start like a bunch of strangers and we always seem set up to not win. We look disinterested far too often for a professional football team.

Another shit on a stick first half, much like in Milan and pretty much every other performance (bar city) in the last 6 week's.

We're a team who thrives on moments. I said this previously. We play poor games but come lively in few moments and win it all thanks to these moments. However, we rarely ever play a full good game.

We'll win tonight as well.

Pretty much. We've such a talented bunch of players. These guys are very much capable of anything. And despite playing like shit in most of our games, they've still managed to create goals out of nothing.

We seem to be regressing as a when we have the ball. I don't know if we were always this bad.

I don't think we are awfully coached because as many have stated somehow we have had good result work. But where the distinction lies is the teams play in possession therefore I would concede that the club are terribly instructed with what to do when in possession. When it comes to possession we play just as bad as Mourinho.

Under Mourinho and Moyes we were similarly bad in possession (at least in spells). I know that we can't ever expect a Solskjaer team to play like a Guardiola one, it's just a bit disappointing that we are still unable to pass the bloody ball, with absolutely no signs of improvement in that regard in 2.5 years.

Not really. But I am looking at football in lot of colours. It is not black or white.

The only difference between Ole and Jose is that one is toxic as feck and the other isn't. Their football styles, whether intended, are very much the same. Defensive, boring football reliant on individuals to bail them out. At least with Jose, he wanted to play that way - Ole seems to not but somehow we're still only effective when counter attacking.

They’re dominating us in the middle of the park even though we have them outnumbered there. Matic and Fred have been awful. Van de Beek hasn’t helped much either.

We’ve also got acres of space on the left hand side but won’t make use of it.

We don’t look after a ball anywhere near well enough. It’s shocking for a team that’s looking to win major trophies every year.

Mctominay got a yellow when he didnt even do anything... the guy kicked his leg and fell because of it.
Also I'm pretty sure that was a foul on Greenwood considering he went through Greenwood to get the ball

Oops thought I was in match day thread, sorry. Yes we're awfully coached and need better coaches tbh

We’re an awfully coached team because we have an awful coaching team. It isn’t rocket science.
I do wonder, what guarantees us of having some of the best coaching teams in world football? Every manager just brings his pals and old-players, this could make us have some of the worst staffs in the Prem?

People are so reactionary on here. We just 11 world class players and we'll probably play much better.

The public mentality of not bothering with the cups and that the league is the true measure of a team really seems to have worked wonders today.

It's very annoying that there's no great Manager out there. If you say Allegri or some fecking hipster choice I'm going to slap you.

We will never win anything with him, top 4 every year with shit on a stick football is the only goal. Complete stagnation
