Haha, he's actually put the armband on. Hope he trips on the steps.
Are your other 2,000 posts so "DOUCHEY"?

Held it up well and distributed it on nicely. Well done Wayne.
Needs a gif!10/10 celebration after Zlatan's goal.
Pack that in please, he's club captain and he was on the bench. Nothing wrong at all with what he did.Haha, he's actually put the armband on. Hope he trips on the steps.

Lovely fans we got.Haha, he's actually put the armband on. Hope he trips on the steps.
It was the "trips on the steps" bit that you should have thought twice about.I personally do believe it to be wrong to take the armband from a player who actually contributed to the victory, but each to their own.

He loves to win and wants the team to win and he's captain. It's the sort of reaction you'd expect.Reaction when Zlatan scored was very genuine.
Fair play to him

Rare of me to defend/praise him but this was great to see.
Fantastic. I think it was @Pexbo who said Rooney wouldn't give a shit if we won a cup final in which he didn't feature.
It's in the other thread, I said that if he plays no part and isn't eligible for a medal. He was on the bench and got to lift the trophy as a captain. It's taking that comment completely out of context anyway, the discussion it came up in I was talking about Rooney's attitude towards United over the years and how he's never taken the club to heart. He's an Everton lad here for money and trophies and once his career here is finished he'll be in the stands at Goodison and won't give the club a second thought unless he's kept on in an ambassadorial role. So my comment wasn't about him being on the bench, it was about him being left out completely and not picking up a winners medal. As I said in the other thread though, tonight isn't the night for this discussion.
Ok, sorry. Misremembered your comment. Thoughts on the video above?

Apparently he was going to show resentment if he didn't get on todayI'm pretty confused as to why people are surprised that he celebrated the way he did when we scored what went on to be the winner.
He's currently our longest serving player at United. He loves the club. Simple as!
Nice to see him lifting another trophy too.
