Living in Australia.
I'd say living in Shanghai or one of the top Arab resorts could be tempting too. Of course some may see Sydney as a more attractive place but it's not like it's a straightforward choice.
Living in Australia.
I reckon he's the most universally well liked footballer around at the moment. Comes across like a real class act.
It seems to be over, Sultan. BBC have quotes from him saying how happy he is to have joined Sydney FC.

I've visited Shanghai, I don't see how you can compare it to Sydney in terms of actually raising kids. Sure Shanghai is great for holidays or when your a young single person, but it didn't look all that great for raising kids at least in comparison to somewhere like sydney.I'd say living in Shanghai or one of the top Arab resorts could be tempting too. Great.
I'm not sure he would have adapted to the pace of the Premiership, and would have tarnished his legacy had he moved.

Don't think he'd go to Anfield anyway because of Heysel.
said it pages back. Didn't think we were even allowed mention Heysel for fear of offending someone in Asia.
it is usually a topic best left alone.
Indeed. But the most relevant fact in why Del Piero wouldn't go to "them" of all teams.
Scored four goals for them in a 7-1 win today all nice strikes too, that league doesnt do him justice.
Good finishes from Del Piero. His third and fourth were top goals.

I am so insanely gutted. Game was at 5:30pm and I had to play cricket. It was a one dayer 40 overs so the game was set up for me to leave early and go but we were chasing 240 and I opened to tee off and get out quick to leave around 4:45/5ish.
Ended up scoring 141 and the boys just got us home in the last over.
feck off Melbourne Victory, you tard cnuts.
See you in Tardistan next week Swaters.
Just ask Muscunt the one moment of his career he'll never forget, and still loses sleep over.
2010. Clank. Off the post.

I am going to check Maxxed for a rip. Since he scored loads and it goes live around the world a little bit. Anyone else know where I can download the game if I can't get it there? Thanks lads
edit: above.. Yeah! feck off Swaters you mouldy old cnut!
Jeeze guys, take a joke. I just hate the Del Piero love in. Non stop praise and talking about being better than the league. Yeah right. Danny McBreen has more goals.
If ADP wasn't injured all the time he might make more of a contribution.
Also, he can take his world cup and shove it. Italy won it because of that stupid diving cheat Grosso.
I'm not Australian or anything so don't watch the A-league, so apologies if I'm ignorant of anything here but...
Shouldn't you really just be appreciating the fact you are witnessing one of the greatest players of modern times playing in your very low level league? I don't know who Danny McBreen is, but christ on a bike I doubt he graces the pitch like ADP, who may I remind you is pushing 40!
He's not gracing anything, he's plodding around in some disgusting sky blue kit with his hack team mates.
Danny McBreen is a 37 year old by the way and he is scoring goals for fun.
I also don't appreciate all the love-in for ADP, I don't care how good he was at his best all anyone in the football media talks about is Sydney and ADP, Sydney and ADP, Sydney and ADP. I've seen plenty of great players in my time, but I will never enjoy watching any Sydney FC player.
By the way, since you aren't Australian, Melbourne and Sydney are like Liverpool and United here.

Damn him boosting the profile of the sport in Australia! DAMN HIM!!!!
Considering A-League clubs are all just a few years old their rival can hardly be held in comparison to United and Liverpool.
So, one is a winner, and the other is living in the past?
