Utd Kits 22/23

There are bits I like about it and bits I don't, but having seen the new Juventus and Bayern home shirts, I think things could easily have been worse.

Do people in England call it a jersey or a shirt? I've always called it a shirt, jersey just seems American to me but maybe I'm wrong.

It didn’t look great until I saw the mock-up on Sancho. On that, it looks brilliant.

I like it less and less the more I’ve seen of it, which is basically the opposite of the usual kit cycle

Cant get over the box around the crest, why havent they included that on the Arsenal one, which despite being a similar design is infinitely better?

You can't be a badass like Cantona and pop your collar up... without a collar. The collar design looks Navajo to me. Maybe the Navajo are our new commercial partners.

You know, I couldn’t give a shit what it looks likes. Even if they feckin designed a bloody red dress for us to play in I wouldn’t mind as long as we play a million times better than we have done this season.

that's the best looking one we've had in years if it is indeed what we go with next year

Hot take

jerseys… shite ones… can become iconic if we win something with them. Honestly thought the Gingham jerseys were terrible, then RVP started scoring worldies And BAM! Classic jersey.

Ordered myself this via certain channels without even knowing if it's official! Looks nice either way imo.

Either. Basically calling them a jersey is harking back to the early days of football when they were made of jersey cotton. It's just fallen out of use here more than it has in the US, but it's not an American word.
