Huntsman always speaks sense. At the end of the day, I am pretty sure I very much disagree with him on a lot of crucial political matters, but in this company he's a fecking genius.

Shame he has less chance of winning the nomination than Bachmann.

I liked Bachmann's answer. Obama is trying to lose the war on terror by killing terrorists like Osama bin Laden, al-Awlaki, helping get rid of Gaddafi, etc. What a dumbass.

I love the Guardian live blog for these debates

"Moving on to Europe, Huntsman used the word "metastasize" to describe the euro crisis. Then Rick Perry is asked a similar question – and he doesn't use the word "metastasize"."

He sounds just like mockney

The guardian guy is brilliant: You know it would be fun to see some alternative universe where Cain or Gingrich were president. Not to actually live through, of course. More like a 3-D Disney ride.

Its clear Huntsman is now posturing to be someone's VP candidate. Too bad for him, Romney isn't likely to choose another Mormon.

Christie is a diehard reactionary, opposing every move towards greater democracy and freedom for the people. His history is replete with horror stories with the corporate world; it's hard to gloss over the sheer vileness of his politics.

So far you've described every republican. Although I don't know about the opposing every move towards greater democracy and freedom for the people.

Say what you want about Cain, but at least he's honest about the US's genuine foreign policy, contrasted to the deceptive and lying rhetoric from Obama.

"He's put that entire thing at risk."

By....not taking a bunch of American troops in there? Yeah, because that always brings us soooo much goodwill!

Or maybe we talked to the people there and they asked us to stay out. And I wonder why....hmmm...maybe it's because we are always willing to completely subjugate any population to protect 'American's interest' [read: their resources].

I wouldn't let this guy make me a pizza.
