I have to think that New Yorkers will rally around these food vendors and support their small businesses. Shocking that this guy had anything to do with our government let alone being in a roll that should be analyzing these issues from both sides.

This video is disturbing on same many levels. One of them: the disrespect towards Muslims/Arabs around the Western world. Just look at HOW this man is talking. You can see in his eyes and body language that he doesn’t consider Muslims equal, and I’m not even talking about this conflict.

Yes i read it and reshaping the DOJ, dismantling the FBI and homeland security would be destroying them a la coup d'etat. Not possible.

It's not a couple d'etat when the aforementioned party is already in control of the Executive Branch. It's then simply policy aims & goals.
Firing key linchpin jobs helmed by career civil servants who are not deemed ideologically pure enough & installing those who pass the MAGA litmus test will grease the skids to a total reshaping of the Exec Branch. I agree that destruction wouldn't be feasible, but a decapitation strike on the DoJ et al would temporarily render them useless at the executive levels; from those levels would be the mandates, policy changes, & further callings which brings the institutions into further lockstep with the Trump admin so they can be used as blunt force or surgical implements to help achieve the overriding admin goals.
This came rather close to happening in the waning days of the previous Trump admin, the culling of key positions & subsequent installation of lackeys at key exec positions; across the board pushback & the clock running out kept it from occurring. It's those who pushed back who will be among the first eliminations to quicken the process.

It's "war on Christmas" and "migrant caravan" season. They can only be outraged over a few things at a time.
Isn't migrant caravans only for election years though? They typically mysteriously vanish the very next day after election.
There's less than a year until the Presidential election now. I'm pretty sure the first stories of migrant caravans have already started.

I agree, that some of it won't be possible. There is still a lot of things in there that are possible and the stuff that is possible is really scary. I work for a federal agency that was trying to be influenced by Trump last time around and one of the big things that saved was he started too late. They will hit the ground running this time around and it's frightening that they will be much more efficient this time.
Certainly just the fact that they would try (again) and have 4 years to go, could have a very negative effect on those agencies even if they don't destroy them. Specially if they have as much power as you claim they have

There's a good breakdown of it in The Atlantic. They specifically mention that only the athletics program & their 12th. Man Foundation will be paying the buyout. Who knows what the breakdown of cash is that goes into the athletic program?
And they were smart enough to not have to pay in one lump sum like they did with their previous coach.
