Come on, brother, the Obamas are being depicted as apes. Either he found the meme in some Belgian newspaper or just passed it along, regardless its 100% racist.
We post a lot of Tweets in the CE where someone posts pictures and screenshots from other places (other tweets, for example), often of racism. That doesn't mean the person posting it is racist. Again, his hashtags include #badmove #lawsuit and #ohboy, and his comment is "... what to say...". I honestly can't tell if this guy is racist because of this, just because we now know he's a lying scumbag.
Yeah it feels weird kind of defending such a massive liar but I'd be hesitant to brand him a racist given the caption and hashtags. Obviously in 2022 you'd just not share the picture at all but 2014 social media was very different to current social media. Either way he's a baffling compulsive liar but that's not enough to tell if he's a racist.

Yep, we have an extradition treaty with Brazil. However, not sure that setting the precedent of extraditing current elected members of government on decades old, non-violent, crimes is a good precedent to set. Expel him first, then do it, but not until.
