I think Ted is trying to mock AOC there but is inadvertently mocking Shapiro and the scenario he crafted instead.

You literally have to be clueless about how proper, moderated debates work if you think what he does is debating, or that he's anything approaching good at it.

As he likes to point out, "facts don't care about your feeling", much like how Ben himself doesn't care about facts. He's an intellectually dishonest tool. His main strength is provoking others while remaining calm himself, thus giving the impression that he's in control and winning. I'm not sure if he's able to open his mouth and not have a fallacy fall out.

The sooner he fecks off and is forgotten about, the better.

This is the best and most accurate summary of Ben Shapiro I've seen. You are spot on, especially with the bolded. He doesn't deserve the attention he desperately seeks.

Why should she debate him? Is he running for Congress, no. He doesn't have the fecking balls. Let him put himself on the line for his convictions instead of trying to showcase his faux intellectualism. That fecker is all over the map on his issues, so much so that he just shouldnt be taken seriously at all.

In either case it still happens here and can explain why people have become so unhinged on certain issues when they think they actually have legitimate points - instead they are deliberately being driven into conflict which in turn increases the division in society.

You can focus on multiple things at the same time. The Russian threat is real and will only get worse over time unless its dealt with immediately.
 
MSNBC is focused on Trump.
How about bringing experts to articulate how single payer works.

Certainly Russia is meddling in our elections. Its not all about that though.
We need to put up credible candidates to speak to what people need.

Both CNN and MSNBC have repeatedly done segments and debates on single payer. Sanders and Ted Cruz did an entire hour debate on it and endless amounts of town halls where people assailed their reps over healthcare were covered.
 
Troubling allegations. Ellison needs to issue a response to these reports and resign from the DNC, congress and the upcoming primary.

He needs to clear it up. He is running for AG in Minnesota and would have been favoured to win. His contender in the primary has asked he step aside obviously.
Even if is in a safe Democratic seat there should be no doubt.
Relationships end. If there is absuse, he should not stand in 2018.
 
I always have to laugh when they are to cowardly to show their faces. If your going to be a racist dirt bag, at least own it properly, instead of trying to then go back and hide in your daily life.
 
The video of Ellison should be given to a media organization so they can corroborate it. They dont need to publicly share the video as its a sensitive issue, but we do need some verification.

That's the sensible step imo. Can't ask him to step aside on allegations only except when they come with bulletproof evidence.
