I am saying we have lobbies in the team currently, RVN played 20 years ago. Lukaku had other issues as well but mainly that he didn't get along with French and English players and their ring leaders Rashford and Pogba. Who is making these decisions then? The committee was Judge, Ole, Bout and Murtough. Judge only deals with commercials and it’s hardly going to be Bout or Murtough (who might not have even been in his new role at that time) dictating who we sign.

Fred, for all the abuse he gets, is actually a really decent guy and would surely be one of Fergie's favourites if he were managing.

Ronaldo is very important to glazers and Man Utd and Rangnick has to put a forward alongside him to do the pressing that Ronaldo cant.
This causes a problem as his pressing game cant work with Ronaldo by himself up front.
Rangnick wants Sancho and Greenwood in the team, however the 4222 asks too much defensive work of Jando and Mason. Jadon Sancho and Greenwood unwilling to do the off the ball running required. This happen under Ole as well.
Rangnick will not stay as manager beyond this summer if results dont improve. If he makes CL qualification, he could stay on.
Utd are actively looking for their next manager for next season. Richard Arnold has started this process as CEO. Poch in the frame. Ten Hag wants to go to Germany next, so if they pursued him they would need to convince him.
Rangnick success has been built on finding and moulding young technical players, who are hungry and determined. Who will listen and carry out instructions as asked.
