United need to sign some Spanish players

do you ealy think they are better than de gea?

Not now, definitely not...But over time (Since it'll be at least 3 or 4 years before De Gea really gets a decent sniff of playing), others may emerge or the aforementioned may impress in La Liga...Don't forget, Spanish keepers have to be able to play the ball with their feet more than most keepers and I don't expect that to be common with David & United

de gea has been immense for his age, and will only get better. he already has trophies under his belt as well.

De gea is nailed on spanish number 1, as soon as casillas retires IMO.

If it were decided today, definitely...but there's no telling how these things go going forward since the NT prefers to use talent from the domestic league...If, for example, David gets benched again for United, he'd simply drop off the NT's radar as well...That's the proverbial catch 22 for a player playing abroad...On the other hand, if De Gea really impresses, as he can, he'll own that #1 spot

Yet you are the one who wants to change our idiosyncratic and endearing style of football.

I like the English style and I will continue to.

Keep up einstein, I hate the spanish style and find it tedious, Im talking hypothetically.

Give me 442 and a pair of flying wingers anyday.

I think thta's down to how de gea's technical abilities with his feet develop.

VDS was technically better with his feet than virtually anyone in la liga when he was with us.
