Even with their poor start France created about as much quality chances as England did.

Yeah.. even negotiated a sell on clause and a buy back clause on Ibe's transfer, not that we'll be activating it anytime soon though.

Nah, if you look past the penalty, they didnt do much. England hit the post and had 2 or 3 situations, where they just couldnt hit the target or wasted the last pass. I thought France looked poor in possession, relying on their wingers to go one on one and do soemthing
Solanke is awful. Put someone who can play up front and we’d be a couple of goals up.
Awb has given it away far too often but looks decent defensively. Hopefully he’s less casual in possession 2nd half

The England front 3 won't scare anyone in this competition. Gray and Sessegnon are lively but both players lack a killer ball. Solanke still hasnt made it at PL level and you can see why. Don't get the hype. Calvert Lewin would be far better option or even Tammy Abraham.
I want to see Mount and Tammy.
