In theory it should be but they rarely give it unless the foul is more significant. Why isnt it a red? He didn't try to play the ball
Absolutely. How did he get away with that?Should be a red
This x1000Why tf is he taking that when a guy who scored 3 pens in a world cup final is on the pitch?
A conversion. What in the feck was that??
No lo he visto todo el partido.Aqui
How did he feck that so badly, unbelievable.
Why is he taking them instead of Mbappe anyway
Club penalty takers often don't like giving it up to the new kid on the block. Even if it is Mbappe. Why tf is he taking that when a guy who scored 3 pens in a world cup final is on the pitch?
Few seasons ago the IFAB changed the rules against "double punishment" i.e. giving a red and a penalty. Why isnt it a red? He didn't try to play the ball
Just let it go buddy, it's alright.I've needed to go for a shit for 20 minutes. Can't tear myself away from this though.
I thought that was as long as a genuine attempt was made to play the ball

So many more games going to extra time now, and they’re always boring as feck. I’m not saying I miss away goals, but there has to be another answer.
That's what I thought.I thought that was as long as a genuine attempt was made to play the ball
It does but that's when Real Madrid usually pounce and end up winningThis feels like Atleti's tie

It’s 30 boring minutes most of the time. If it was up to me I’d do the shootout straight after the final whistle, then have the 30 minutes extra time. Gives those who missed a chance to redeem themselves, and there’s something to play for in those 30 minutes as one team is chasing the game. Why do people pretend they don't love extra time and penalties? It's more football and the chance of a shootout. Win win.
