UEFA Champions League Round of 16 - 4/3/25 - 12/3/25

Honestly, how can we get some of that luck? Should have been down to 10, should be about 5 nil down and win.

You just know well get a dodgy red 15 mins in tomorrow.
We used up all of our luck in the Fergie years. The universe hates us now and is hell bent on paying us back with interest for all of those years of success.

Makes that absolutely ridiculous decision earlier in the game with the most blatant red I’ve seen in a while not given even worse

We didn’t even get much luck! Used to get constantly shafted in Europe in particular

Also Dembele not being able to score when it matters against Liverpool, shocking...

PSG did this last year in the CL against Dortmund.

Created a million chances but couldn't score.

What luck? United were the unluckiest team going in the CL in the Fergie years.

They’ve a very good keeper and good at taking their chances.

They’ve massively rode their luck here but if you have those two things you become exponentially more “lucky”.

If you don’t and basically have liabilities in those positions it goes dramatically the other way.

On this evidence, I’m still giving PSG a good chance of doing them at Anfield.

Football is silly sometimes. Still don't think that the tie is over. PSG have goals in them and will come at us next week.

Still, that's gutting for them. Put everything into that and got nothing. Alisson MOTM easily.

Congratulations Liverpool. Always love to see these oil clubs getting eliminated.
Great PSG losing at home, City already out, Chelsea playing in European wilderness.

TNT are mega coping about Liverpool's performance tonight. Utter dogshit but one of those days...

Yeah, have to agree here. A bit bizarre, Alisson remarkable... but if your goalie has to be remarkable, the teams performance can't have been that great.

But that was indeed a goalie performance for the ages.

I feel like PSG should be kicking themselves for being so wasteful particularly in the 1st half, but the non red card is a terrible decision that could have decided the tie

I miss this being us. Big European away night, we’re second best all night, and come away with a narrow win. These kind of victories are so satisfying
