UEFA Champions League Final 2013

Munich deserved it but they really should have been down to 9 men.

Robbed looks so so old. Is it true Pep's transfer listing him?

It's not a daft viewpoint at all.
There isn't much for him to improve but it'll be easy to fall short of such great heights.

I meat bayern fans expecting a treble every season would be daft.

And I'm sure he's delighted to inherit the best team around rather than shitting it. In addition he's also got possibly the best young player in the word on board too. The target for him is making bayern the dominant force in Cub football, a task which is helped rather than hindered by this great season. This season was the toughest step if that journey is to be fulfilled.

Scary to think what Guardiola can achieve with this Bayern side, especially with a few more marquee signings

Is that Boris Johnson or Angela Merkel?

Gill next to Boris Johnson. United's plan to take over the British government is under way...

I await RAWK's reaction.

Over to you Pep.

I think this was the best final for many years. Really entertaining stuff.

Pleased for Lahm. Top player and seems like a good bloke.

They are a few players who deserved this triumph: Dante, Alaba, Pizarro, Gomez and expecially Schweinsteiger.

This little twat, who robbed Ballack off his captain badge, bad mouthed half of the German football scene in his laughable "book" and is captain in name only is not one of them.

Same with the dirty and diving cnuts Ribery, Müller, Mandzukic and Robben...

You like him then.

What did he say about the German team?

Good game, feel gutted for Dortmund though. Thought Dortmund were the better side in the First Half, but although they threatened, they lacked that cutting edge needed to turn that into a goal. Second Half pretty even, but thought Bayern were probably the better side overall, and ultimately deserved to win. As I say, you have to feel for Dortmund tonight, but they should feel proud of themselves and what they have achieved. They've got a great set of fans who were superb tonight, and they deserve praising for how they have approached this season, and they style of football they have played. Big task for them know is how do they respond from this. Goetze and Lewondowski will be huge losses for them, but they have all the ingredients there. Need to make some quality signings if they are going to remain competitive.

I wish footballers wouldn't write books until they retire.

Lewandowski's agent supposedly invited to the after party. Don't know if Martin Tyler was having a joke. If not that seems a bit immoral to be honest.

A great final and Bayern were the better side. Deserved win for them bu I would have preferred a bit more if Dortmund won it.

Feel gutted for Dortmund. Had that sinking feeling as Robben rolled the ball over the line.

The way Bayern were celebrating you'd have thought they'd got into the top 4 @MirrorFootball @paddypower

What did he say about the German team?

It mostly included a lot of internal details of Bayern Munich and the German national team, which should have remained behind closed doors.

He slandered a lot of his former coaches, including Louis Van Gaal, Jürgen Klinsmann, Felix Magath and especially Rudi Völler.

He called the 2004 EURO team for example a lazy bunch of unproffessional players, who prefered to play Playstation instead of Training.
