No he was already in the first team in 2017. Think Boel was there a bit later? Not sure though.

it was as he was the 17's coach until taking over the 18's in 2020 so they probably crossed paths with the 17's....

he's a hell of a good coach

If we are moving on other players, it means FDJ is done, right! Right?
Tell me I'm right! Please, pretty please..

The club’s fees already been confirmed done by lot of journalist including Stones. We are only need to finalise the personal term with his agent, which I’m guessing/assuming should be done and will be confirmed or reported tomorrow aka ‘’before Thursday’’.

If we get this lad and FDJ It’s going to be a piece of piss playing with us in FM 23. A few more clever transfers and I actually fancy us to challenge late into next year. We really need to revitalise the attack though, they are miles off the required standard

Please tell me this is a wind up attempt?

Excellent move, what would being true competition for Shaw’s starting spot.

Hopefully that means, we can move on both Telles and Williams now.

A right back would be ideal also, as both current ones, are just as bad as Telles.

I know that Ten Hag probably feels comfortable with players in the Dutch League or players he has worked with. But it's a bit concerning that all of our transfer targets seem to be from there. Antony, the two defenders and now this guy. Anyone else feel there is a chance this might go really bad if they fail to step up?
We said to give Ten Hag time to do his thing. Before the season starts, are we already questioning his decisions? Pep didnt get all his purchases right in his first season either.

Good luck Tyrell, United have got a cracking player. He will run up and down the left wing like Evra on edibles.

absolute bargain if the payments are 5m a year over three years....brilliant piece of business
It's a no-lose deal. If he isn't up to the mark we would easily recipe that kind of money.

He looks an improvement on Telles and the fight for the starting 11 with Shaw will be fun.

Also one little thing to think about that hasn’t been mentioned — as of right now, Luke Shaw only has 12 months left on his contract (Man Utd have the option to extend for a year). If he has another injury prone season… might it finally be time to call it quits?

Calling this bs. I was told by posters with shit loads of confidence that we can work on only one deal at a time.

The transfer pays for itself as soon as we find a buyer for Telles. Add in letting Williams go and it’s possibly a net profit

If we sell Shaw we would make a profit

This is nothing to do with emotions or questioning the manager. Just look at the previous high profile Dutch signings to the PL. Hasn't exactly been a stellar record. All I'm saying is we shouldn't be putting all our eggs in one basket.

Fair play :D, always exciting signing up a young talent.

I'm sure ETH will have known all about him for a while now and have ideas on how to play to his strengths

We should definitely cash in now before he gets injured again

Just under a month ago…

Said it before, the smile was a dead give away.

The fact he's been waiting for us to come in for him is a great sign. We clearly told him to be patient while we get the FDJ fee sorted, then we'd come for him.

Happy days.

Yep. The fee is public knowledge now, just paperwork to sort.

Nono, he's far better than Buttner. Especially his mentality, which is absolutely top class. I think your crowd will also love him, since he's extremely tenacious and an agressive tackler.

He's just unrefined and prone to become overenthusiastic in his plays at times.
Top class mentality? That'll do for me. Piss poor mentality is the worst thing about our squad

I’m not familiar with him, is he still raw? Would he compete with Shaw for a starting spot or similar to Amad situation?

Are there any Dutch league fans here who can give us the players characteristic?
