how reliable are the express?
Is that based on United or all transfer stories?

Daily Mail are pretty shit on the whole, as those statistics show, but Ian Ladyman has been pretty good with United stories so far.
Now that we have a big name manager, I hope we do not have to overpay clubs/players to convince them to join us. Also LVG and his dutch/german links always helps!
Call me sad but I genuinely just googled "transfer accuracy league table", I was sorely disappointed.http://www.footballtransferleague.co.uk/newspaper_statistics.aspx
10th in the transfer accuracy league table. 20% of their rumours end up being correct.
Hargreaves .Absolutely. Him ''attacking'' the German market is brilliant news as there is so much quality there - relatively cheap and extremely talented young players along with established world-class ones that might be available this summer. We ignored the German market for far too long (can't remember the last time we signed a player from the German league before Kagawa) and missed out on so many gems, like Vidal for example. Good to see that's coming to an end.
Hargreaves .
This. Can't even begin to feign excitement given the source. If only it wasn't the Daily Express
Can we have a Kroos meter this window? The Thiago-meter was so great last summer

Oops, forgot about it.http://thiagometer.tumblr.com/ and no one updates it
So much agreed with this.If all these names are true I can't wait for next season. My appetite is already whetted with van Gaal. Thank feck we've the world cup and not got 3 months of nothingness to get through
I love this guys shitty attitude. If we're gonna be the most hated club in the league then we might as well be most hated in style.
I guess this is the quote, just translated a bit differently;
"I gave my wishlist to the club. Is Kevin Strootman on it? A question for you, a fact for me."

Classic Woodward. Available for 40? Lets give them some extra cash. Just like the Fellaini deal.€53 million? I thought he was available for €40 million? Ah summer...
At least we're overpaying for player's early in the window and not late. Good ol' dithering Dave.Classic Woodward. Available for 40? Lets give them some extra cash. Just like the Fellaini deal.

God don't be so serious..Classic Woodward bashing. Let's give the man a chance this window shall we?

I'd be delighted if Evra stayed with us and was content with being a backup/mentor to Shaw. Not just because he'd be a good backup as when he is fresh he's a good player but also as it would just prove how much the little fella loves this club.
Agreed!!! Anyone who wants Evra to leave has not got a clue he's an asset.Evra for me is still first choice if he stays regardless if Shaw comes or not. The club captain for me
He is United qualities... confident, know what he wants, doesn't put up with nonsense. How I wish I know dutch.I'm loving the direct nature of van Gaal's answers, no umming and ahhing, very precise in his responses.
Supposedly we're planning to hijack Liverpool's move for Konoplyanka according to the Mirror. Most likely BS but I'd love for us to sign him from right under their noses, especially as they've just gotten CL football for the first time in years.
