Rather funny but I don't understand that, Wolfsburg have enough money to make a decent bid at a striker like Hernandez if they wanted to yet they chose Bendtner.
They've been after a few including Morata, Lukaku, Torres (lol) & Destro (who they bid close to €30m for) but they've either gone elsewhere or their clubs don't want to sell so I guess they're just settling with him for a bit till someone better comes available.
