I am not that bothered with the lack of transfers activity post Herrera and Shaw because of our acedemy players coming through. Just for his versitality, we might get Blind to fill in the gaps everywhelse in the team and call it a day

The business has to be done now. Nobody will sell us players in January, not top class players. Only if they have a ulterior motive getting rid of them.

I doubt many of the commercial sponsors will have performance related clauses built into their contracts. They're more worried about our massive customer base rather than our league placing. With so many companies wanting to be associated with United I'd imagine that a lot of the comntracts favour United greatly.

Journos don't have a fecking clue, that's what's going on. The Herrera deal proved that, not one of the aforementioned journalists who seem to think that all these deals are off / on knew a thing about us rekindling our interest in Herrera until shortly after it was announced in Spain.

Just been listening to one of the Marca transfer gossip reporters being asked if United are in for Di Maria. His helpful reply (rough translation):
